Now we first discuss on Chandrayaan-1 - the first lunar space probe of the ISRO(Indian space research organization) , during this mission it found water sample on the moon. it mapped the moon in infrared, visible and x-ray light from lunar orbit. it launched in 2008-09. G.Madhavan Nair was the chief of ISRO at the time of chandrayaan.
DR.APJ ABDUL KALAM was the president of India at the time of it.
ATAL VIHARI VAJPAYEE was the prime minister of India on the time.

Chandrayaan-2 Chandrayaan -2 was launched on 22 July 2019. It was the second lunar exploration mission after chandrayaan -1 mission. The spacecraft was launch from the second launch pad at the SATISH DHAWAN SPACE center in Andhra Pradesh. It reached the lunar orbit on 20 August 2019 and began orbital positioning maneuvers for the landing of the VIKRAM LANDER. The lander crashed when it deviated from its intended trajectory while attempting to land on 6 September 2019. according to a failure analysis report submitted to INDIAN SPACE RESEARCH ORGAINZATION, the crash was due to by a SOFTWARE GLITCH.
chandrayaan- 3 chandrayaan -3 was launched on 14 July 2023 from the second launch pad at the SATISH DHAWAN SPACE center in Andhra Pradesh. it is the third lunar mission of ISRO. The spacecraft entered lunar orbit on 5 August and the lander touched down in the LUNAR SOUTH POLE REGION ON 23 AUGUST 2023. chandrayaan -3 has made history by becoming the first mission to soft landing on the lunar south pole and becomes the fourth country who has soft landing on moon. it works 14 or more than 14 days on the moon south pole.
